You may request an extension to pay the fine in full. This department does not accept partial payments.

Please provide both former and current addresses.

You will need to enter the full 22-digit payment reference number contained in your payment slip without any spaces when making a payment online or over the phone before the due date.

The current processing time for the issue of correspondence is approximately four to six weeks from the date of the reported incident.

If a Parking Infringement Advisory Notice has been left on the window of your vehicle, correspondence will be sent to the registered owner of the vehicle. Please wait until you receive the infringement notice and read all details provided on the notice before taking any action.

If you were not the driver or the person in possession or control of the vehicle at the time of the offence and wish to nominate another individual or corporation, you must do so in writing after you receive the infringement notice. Please provide the infringement notice number, vehicle registration number, full name, date of birth, and the address of the person you wish to nominate.

Please provide all your previous and current addresses as well as the purpose of this disclosure.

If you have submitted a request for review, please allow 4 to 6 weeks to receive the review outcome. You do not need to make the payment while the matter is under review.
