Public Transport Until The Lights Go Out In Bendigo
Extra public transport services will help visitors and locals make the most out of going to the spectacular after dark White Night event in Bendigo.
Additional V/Line coach services, supported by a special network of city bus routes will help more people enjoy White Night for longer.
From 6pm on Saturday, 3 September through until 1.30am on Sunday morning, a network of five White Night bus routes will run every 15 minutes to and from the bus hub in Williamson Street in the Bendigo town centre. Passengers will require a Myki card to travel on these services.
To get people home, additional coach services will depart Bendigo station every hour from 11pm until 2am.
With limited parking options in the town centre, White Night visitors can also take advantage of four Park and Ride locations at Red Energy Arena (Bendigo Stadium), Lansell Square, LaTrobe University and Bendigo Racecourse.
Free express buses for Park and Ride users will be travelling to and from the Williamson Street Transport Hub every 15 minutes between 6pm and 1.30am.
Passengers can save time by topping up their Myki in advance and can plan ahead for their journey to and from White Nighton the PTV website.
